This page explains how Jenny's Cosmetics collects, uses, and protects customer information for shopping, checkout, consultation booking, and account support — including our Google Sign-In Disclosure.
Jenny's Cosmetics uses Google profile data only for account access. When you sign in with Google, we use your profile data for sign-in, account creation, identity display, session security, and support. We do not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI or machine learning models.
Jenny's Cosmetics helps customers browse and purchase skincare, body care, and wholesale cosmetic products, and book skin consultation appointments. We collect only the information needed to create accounts, process orders, confirm payments, support users, and operate the platform securely. Payment processing is handled by Paystack. Jenny's Cosmetics does not store sensitive card details.
When you sign in with Google, Jenny's Cosmetics may access your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier provided by Google Sign-In. We only request the basic Google Sign-In scopes needed for authentication — profile and email. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google account content. These basic profile details are used only to create or sign you into your Jenny's Cosmetics account, display your account identity inside the app, prevent duplicate accounts, and help with account support.
Google user data is used exclusively for authentication, account creation, profile display, session and security management, and customer support. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Jenny's Cosmetics does not sell Google user data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We may collect customer profile details, delivery addresses, product and order selections, consultation bookings and preferences, order records, payment references and status, support details, and uploaded images such as profile photos. This information is used to provide shopping, order management, payment confirmation, consultation booking, fulfilment, reporting, and customer support features.
Account, order, and upload data is stored in our application database and storage infrastructure, including Supabase services used to operate the platform. We use access controls and role-based permissions to limit who can view or manage data. We may share necessary data with service providers that help operate the platform — such as authentication, database, hosting, storage, payment, and email providers. These providers may only process data for the service they provide to Jenny's Cosmetics.
You may stop using Google Sign-In by changing your Google account permissions or by using another available sign-in method. You may also contact Jenny's Cosmetics support to request account review or deletion. Deletion requests are handled subject to legal, operational, payment, fraud-prevention, and order recordkeeping requirements.
